Children’s Book Illustrations and more…

This subject matter comes in a close second to my favorite. There is something so nostalgic about Children’s book Illustrations, some of these images hold so much meaning to my clients and I love bringing them to life on skin.

The use of cross hatching and line etching in most Scientific Illustrations and Botanical Illustrations is something I absolutely love. It’s structured, yet artistic.

Maybe it’s just the mom in me who strives for cleanliness, but this form of artwork speaks to my heart - and when I transfer it to skin, it brings me so much joy.
